SHIPPING

We ship anywhere in the US, Canada, most of the world, or you can pick your item up in-store. Standard shipping options available at checkout, but if you want special arrangements, call the store or shoot an email to info@ventpdx.com. We can usually accommodate special requests, sometimes we require additional charges. USPS Ground Advantage or Priority is our preferred method of shipping. It’s the cheapest, and most packages arrive within 1-4 days.

Items are usually shipped out from the store within a week of the purchase, if the item is in-stock. See the product description to know if the item is in-stock and ready to ship, or if we have to order it from the designer. Also keep in mind that depending on the designer, we receive the items anywhere from 48 hours to 6 weeks from order date. If you are in a time crunch, call the store or email info@ventpdx.com to find out when exactly your item(s) will be shipped. If your item has to be ordered and will ship more than 2 days after purchase, you will receive an email explaining that.

Tracking information is always provided once the item ships. You will receive an email with this info!

RETURNS

Items may be returned in store or by mail, unworn, for store/web credit only, within 15 days of purchase. Refunds will not be given, as most items are MADE TO ORDER and I don't believe in refunds. Custom orders, altered pieces, engraved items, etc are final sale.

If you are unsure about the size or fit of an item, get in touch with us. Technology is pretty fancy these days, and someone can usually send you photos, facetime, etc. Plus, we know our shit and can usually tell you over the phone what will or won't work.
