Materials: 100% imported wool

This bowtie is sewn from navy wool slub and is finished with subtly frayed raw edges. The 2nd photo is more true to the color of the bowtie, but each piece is slightly different with fraying. Dimensions are 2 1/4" x 4 1/2" with an adjustable neck length. Handmade in Title of Work's NYC atelier by a single artisan. TOW's bowties are constructed for the 'purist'; this means that they are hand tied rather than 'tacked' and ships pre-tied. 

This limited edition piece is part of a series inspired by mars. The collection examines the 'Red Planet' through a textual journey, depicting its vivid and contrasting topography.
